How It All Started...

Phoebe began working as the Operations Manager for a catering company in NH, before completing her masters in Occupational Therapy and working as an OT. She has an eye for detail and efficiency, and found immediate expression for this skill set when she and Mark purchased their first home together. These strengths translate to maximizing operational efficiency as she manages the wide range of contractors that Levare Properties partners with. 

Additionally, she has an eye for seeing explosive growth opportunities and the chutzpah to make that vision a reality. This started in the very beginning when she and Mark made the decision to sell their house and shift into investment mode with the purchase of their first duplex.

Mark began working as a musician in England, splitting his time between playing and teaching. He transitioned into real estate mostly by chance, as he and Phoebe dove into projects renovating their first house. Mark’s first experience with a sawzall saw it plow through the exterior wall and through the siding… and the story so far has been full of similar ‘hands on’ learning moments!

Mark loves a challenge and relishes the opportunities that new development projects present. He’s often the one who sources the deals and has an eye for finding the buildings that Levare Properties pull the trigger on. He’s big into personal growth, enjoys playing the contrarian and generally likes to push ahead on all fronts.
