Blue Ridge Tower

Blue Ridge Tower is a 101,466 square foot office building located at 4240 Blue Ridge Boulevard in Kansas City, Missouri.  The property is one of the most iconic office towers in Eastern Jackson County, rising 10 stories high and situated along the South side of Interstate 70 with excellent visibility and access. The property features a number of prominent service-based businesses that cater to the surrounding area.

The Hoke Building

Located across the street from the historic Fox Theater in downtown Hutchinson, KS, The Hoke Building is a storied property that has sat mostly vacant since the 60's. Starting in Summer '21, we began renovating and transforming this stunning building into a Boutique Hotel.

This 12-floor apartment complex located in Hutchinson, KS was originally built as The Baker Hotel in 1954.  Along with apartments located on the 3rd-12th floors, it also has commercial spaces on the 1st and 2nd floors that include office suites, a restaurant, retail space, and event space & ballroom.

We acquired this 6-story apartment complex located in Hutchinson, KS at the beginning of 2021.  It was originally built as The Leon Hotel in 1929, and maintained as a viable hotel many years before being converted into apartments.  Along with apartments located on the 2nd-6th floors, it has commercial spaces on the 1st and 2nd floors that will include office and retail options.
