After a couple of years of growth in our personal investing, we found that we were becoming connected with people who wanted to join us as passive investors. We realized that combining our investment activity with additional 3rd party investment capital would be a way to expand our reach, build fun new partnerships and ultimately achieve stronger growth.


We started offering investors the opportunity to be involved passively in our real estate developments in 2018. As we’ve done that, our portfolio has continued to quickly scale.

Accessibility

$1k minimum investment, starting at 1 year term length, means you can invest in real estate without a big chunk of change.

Solid Returns

We offer interest rates starting at 10% for a truly passive investment, with two options available:


1) Monthly interest payments deposited into your account.

2) Interest accrued throughout the loan term and paid along with principal at the end of the investment period.

  • Why do you take on investors?

    As business was taking off, we realized we had more bandwidth to expand than we had funds. We were finding a lot of success and recognized that others could share in it as well.

  • Why do you offer high returns?

    Because we can! Our profit margins are large enough to comfortably sustain the rates we offer. We also recognize that investing in a small business is higher risk so we want to make it worth your while.

  • What guarantees do I have?

    We set the investment up as a Promissory Note and sign legal documents stating the terms. We offer a choice of secured or unsecured notes.

  • How do you use the funds?

    Wherever we see the biggest potential for growth! Using investment funds along with our own gives us more freedom to buy and develop new properties.

  • What about when the investment term expires?

    We repay the balance when the term expires. If you’ve been satisfied with your experience, we’re happy to discuss re-investment!
